[After the celebration, Austria had returned to the theatre to retrieve a few items he'd stored there for safe keeping while he'd been out. He was planning to make the rounds at his friends' homes for a bit and perhaps bake a Linzertorte for the holiday as was his custom. He was just stepping out of the theatre's front door with his parcels when he notices the sleigh and pauses, frowning. He'd met Father Christmas before; Finland came every year with gifts. But...this gentleman was not Finland.]
[The old man descends from the sleigh with a light oof, posture slightly hunched over the cane but expression good natured. He approaches Austria with an unhurried step.]
And the same to you. [Eyes surrounded by wrinkles drift up to the theatre and he hums and strokes his beard with his free hand.] I have a gift for you, if you will accept it.
[Austria regards the kindly old man for a moment, following his gaze towards the theatre curiously. Such an exchange was not so odd for him, though the gentleman giving the gift was different]
A gift for me? [He was evidently not expecting this, being away from home and all, but he smiled faintly nonetheless] Of course. A shame I have nothing in return for your kindness.
Oh no, I am repaid in turn if I manage to receive a smile. [He smiles good-naturally with a stroke of his beard.] Now, it is a rather...sizeable gift. A piano, if I do guess correctly even with the wrapping.
[Roxas had been trying to sleep. After all, Santa doesn't come if you're awake, or so he thought Sora's parents had said. But he's barely even dozing when he hears the jingle of bells, and he goes to peer stealthily out the window. He jumps at the knock on his door, and creeps with equal parts caution and excitement to answer it, his eyes wide.]
Some favour that name, [the old man muses, stroking his beard idly, his elbow leaning lightly against the top of his cane. He smiles down at him, shifting the wrapped parcel under one arm.] A good winter to you, my boy.
[He doesn't look quite like the Santa Sora met in Christmas Town--but then Santa has to go to all sorts of worlds so maybe he doesn't look exactly the same in every one.]
[Soon the sleigh comes into sight and the old man lifts a hand as though to shade his eyes from the reflection of sun off of snow. He smiles and lets his beasts come to a slow stop, them pawing the snow, impatient no matter what.]
Hello there! [It's a boisterous greeting, filled with energy for such an elderly fellow.]
[Kanon sits out in front of the clinic as he usually does, warm enough with the winter clothes that he'd procured with Lin's help, but enjoying the fresh air.
He's lonely and will never admit it, and even though his arrival to this place has thrown off his sense of time and season in comparison to when he'd come from, he's learned from observation enough that the holidays have come to the city. He's never spent them alone and apart from people he knows.
Closing his eyes, he sighs, imagining the frosty breath as it streams in the air before dissipating.]
[The jangling of bells should soon become audible to Kanon as the sleigh gallops down the road in the direction of the clinic. The reindeer slow with some urgings and then the old man is peering benignly downward at the boy he can see. He leans back to retrieve the gift that feels as though it's for him.
Then he hoists himself out of the sleigh and calls out a greeting,] Good day, young man.
[Those bells are difficult to miss, as well as the sound of hoofbeats upon the snow and something heavy dragging after it. Seriously? The boy doesn't need to see it as he instantly thinks of that iconic symbol of a worldwide celebrated holiday.
Kanon lifts his head, glancing towards the sound of the greeting. No one he's heard before, certainly.]
[The old man comes all the closer, until at last pausing close to him and shifting the package he holds in his free hand. His smile comes through in his voice.]
[Kanetsugu is walking around outside. Fresh air was always welcome and much needed. That's when he came across the man that was sitting in his sleigh. What a strange sight, Kanetsugu hadn't witnessed anything like that beforer. So he just stares.]
[The old man notices the staring and strokes his beard, smiling behind an aged hand. He lifts himself higher, peering amiably down at Kanetsugu before he goes about hopping down to the snow.] Hello, good fellow. Do I have something in my whiskers? [Another stroke to said whiskers as his chest shakes with laughter.]

The sound of bells carries clearly in the winter air, and arching a brow, Masamune looks off down the snowy streets.]

I am sorry, it is not anything like that. I admit I have never seen a person like you, though.
[Kanetsugu smiles. At least this person doesn't seem to be a bad one.]

Well, thank you, my boy. I'll take that as a compliment. [He looks closer at Kanetsugu.] Would you happen to be Kanetsugu?
