It's yours. Everyone gets a watch when they arrive in Ruby City. It's not a watch, though, it's used for communication. You can use it to write letters and like a telephone, with pictures, even! Just play around with the little fiddly wheels and buttons and you'll figure it out, eventually, that's how I did it!

[The thought of that made Ryunosuke shudder. That was really the last thing he wanted to imagine.]

Yes, Mister Austria had me wear a dress! A little maid dress with an apron and everything. I looked very cute. [He wrinkles his forehead thoughtfully.] I think he mistook me for a girl... or maybe Hungary thought it's funny. She's always been a bit odd about boys in girl's clothes. But I think Austria thought I was a girl!
