[OMG WHAT IS THAT! A pair of angry gold and grey eyes set in a dark face glare out at everyone and the creature's mouth opens and lets out a fearsome hisssss. This has got to be the biggest and meanest looking cat ever, and clearly he doesn't have the most pleasant disposition. A man's voice can be heard in the background, and the cat immediately

[Not much later, Feliciano stands in front of the door with the 402, buzzing with pride that he neither got lost nor is late as well as with cat-induced excitement.

He knocks lightly.]

Hashirama, it's me, Feliciano!

[By some miracle, Hashirama had manages to prepare a nice pot of tea without it being knocked over. Also, for safety's sake, he put away his carving tools, though he leaves the half finished wooden cat heads out on the table.

Hi Feliciano! Come on in.

[Hashirama says as he answers the door, gesturing at his modest apartment. The cat is nowhere in sight, and Hashirama isn't sure if that is a good thing.]

Ve~ thank you! [Feliciano flashes him a radiant grin and slips inside.

He looks around without any tact at all, inspecting this and that and keeping his eyes open for the cat all the while.]

Where's the kitty? [he asks, disappointed.]

[The demon cat seems to leap seemingly out of nowhere and makes a flying dive at Italy. Hashirama barely manages to catch the beast before he does any harm.]

[Feliciano notices only a quickly moving shadow out of the corner of his eye, but he isn't known as the greatest coward among the nations for nothing. If theer is one thing he is superb at, it is running. Thus, as soon as he notices the shadow, Feliciano screams as if he had been set on fire and throws himself to the ground, covering his head with his hands. He would have run, but there is nowhere to run in the apartment.

At Hashirama's words, he peeks cautiously between his fingers to catch sight of the madly hissing and spitting cat. It is love at first glance, as Feliciano's shining eyes can attest.]

Oooh, he's the cutest little cat I've ever seen!

[The cat obviously didn't appreciate guests, as he kept thrashing around. Hashirama had a good hold on him, but that didn't stop those viciously sharp claws from tearing at his forearms. Hashirama did jump slightly at the scream and wonders for a moment if the cat had managed to strike Feliciano. A glance later tells him that the other man is fine.]

There's nothing really all that little about him. Don't get too close, I know he'll bite...

Ve~ I'm sure he's just happy to see me!

[Feliciano picks himself up from the floor with the ease of a man who is no stranger to cowering on the ground. He walks closer, utterly enchanted, though he keeps out of the distance of these claws and teeth. Just in case. He coos happily at the cat.]

Aren't you a little darling? You're such a spirited cat! [He giggles.] You're just like Lovi, only with fur!

[Hashirama waited for the cat to calm down a little before walking over to the couch and cautiously setting the cat down. The little monsters curled up and glared at the two of them with his mismatched eyes. Hashirama backed up and grinned at Feliciano.]

Well, it looks like he's going to behave right now, so why don't you sit down at the table and I'll get you some tea.

[They will attempt to feed the beast after a calming cup of tea.]

Ve~ that sounds nice!

[Feliciano bobs his head eagerly and cautiously takes a seat. He moves gingerly, keeping an eye on the cat. If there is one thing he is good at, it is being a coward, after all. He can sneak pretty well.]

You're very kind, letting me come over and even offering me tea.

[Hashirama wasn't about to let his guest be mauled by a demon cat if he could help it, so he kept an eye on it from the corner of his eye. He pours two cups of his green tea, and walks back over to Italy, gently placing it in front of him.]

Oh, it's no trouble. You are very kind to help me with my own... little problem.

[Hashirama laughs, finally sitting down himself.]

[Feliciano's eyes dart over to the cat time and again. Not to ensure himself that he won't get mauled, however. No, he sends the cat dreamy looks full of adoration and love. He looks so cute laying there, watching them so attentively with these beautiful eyes!

He sips on his tea and hums appreciatively.] Thank you, the tea's very tasty! I haven't had green tea since I last spent time with my friend Japan.

[He tilts his head to the side.] What do you mean... what little problem?

[Hashirama chuckles. He finds Feliciano's innocence and eagerness quite endearing. Such people did not exist in his world, but it is hard for them to when the world you live in is constantly at war.]

Heh, my wife made absolutely sure that I could make acceptable tea just in case she wasn't around and I need to entertain guests.

[He points at the cat, who growls a little in return.]

That little problem. He's being unnecessarily difficult.

[Feliciano giggles at the cat's growl, so cute!]

Ve~ Difficult? But he's not difficult at all! [For a moment, doubt gnaws at Feliciano as he remembers the cat's attack, but...] I bet he just doesn't like strangers. Ludwig's dogs are scary, but they love him very much and he loves them, too.

I don't know if he likes anyone, but maybe time will tell. Hm, who is Ludwig? Is he a friend of yours?

[Now he wonders if Italy is being a little too optimistic. But who knows? Maybe he was right.]

[He beams. He loves talking about his friends.] He's my best friend in the entire world! He's Germany and my commander and he yells and cleans a lot. [He wrinkles his nose.] He doesn't like it when I interrupt training for siesta. But he's nice and protects me. And he has three dogs!

[If he had beamed any brighter, then Hashirama would have gone blind.]

It's nice to have good friends, they get you through the good times and bad. Tell me more about your friend.
