Very, very dangerous- but only if you do something I don't like- and even then I'll give you a chance to correct it. So, I guess you could say I'm nice.

Then... [Italy takes a deep breath and decides to take a leap of faith, which comes a bit harder than usual to him, scared and confused as he is right now.] Then I think you're like Germany! He's scary, too, but he's really nice when you get to know him. He yells a lot, but he means well. [A wistful pause.] And he's my friend... but he isn't here...

I don't yell that much. And the only tie I'm dangerous is when someone is doing something that could put others in danger- or children, I guess. I generally don't respond well to people messing with children.
