Not having the vocab anonymous January 26 2006, 07:45:51 UTC
Actually it's not the gay world not having the vocab, even us Asians do not have the vocab sometimes/sorry- in fact most of the time, to express how we want to feel (hence the catharsis through great amounts of food and eating). Think of how we usually say, "Have you eaten?" which translates to "How have you been?", "Is everything at work/home/school/life/relationship(s) ok?" The world is actually a better place if we could all say how we feel, but then again some people would say it's best to keep everything inside (think Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung in 'In the Mood for Love', or all other Wong Kar Wai movies). Sigh, have we progressed? Sorry for the rambling, have not eaten yet. Haha.
