I do shopping orders for anything and everything from or related to Hawaii or the Asian goods market we have here including Hawaii-exclusive releases. Sometimes I can order Korean and Japanese goods from the home country, but I'd have to put in a request to have it ordered. A non-refundable deposit is required for all orders and holds. All items are subject to availability. Refunds will be given only in the event of an unavailable item.
I require a feedback link from everyone unless we have completed a transaction before.
I also have access to a wide range of fabric wholesalers and can purchase Hawaiian prints, Japanese prints, yukata, kimono, obi, batiks and silks, Victorian, and Asian pop fabrics as well as licensed fabrics like Hello Kitty and Precious Moments. All are subject to availability.

**One coin/gashapon figure purchases from a machine assess a $1 charge per turn in lieu of commission charge. Standard machine charge is equivalent to $3 or $4. You must pay ahead of time for x-amount of turns. If you want a specific item, ask for it. If I will be able to have it removed from the machine, it may cost more to purchase the figure/item but it can usually be done.
***Blind boxed figures cannot be opened until time of purchase. If you want a specific blind boxed figure, you may set a purchase cap for x-amount of boxes and give me permission to open boxes for you. Stores will not allow for a pre-purchase peek into a blind box. I will have to purchase and open boxes/packages individually in order to find the figure you want and will stop once I reach the purchase cap or have found the figure you are seeking.
Fabric shopping service fees
$3.50/yard for cottons and cotton blends
$5.50/yard for all other fabrics due to weight and bulk
Trims and notions: $1.50/each
I may offer a discount for full-bolt purchases, but only if I am able to get one from my suppliers. I would charge regular rate and apply the discount as a refund after.
******I will also accept payment plans for shopping service purchases. Item would only be purchased after the full purchase amount was paid. A non-refundable 25%-50% deposit must be made as payment which would be paid towards the total cost. I cannot have things held for me without a guarantee of purchase.
******I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for any requests to have items held. Full payment is required within 24 hours before the store-hold ends. This rule is firm.

Bulk Shopping Order Information
This is for anyone doig a group order through me. I will purchase items all at one time. For doujinshi, pullip dolls, nendoroids, and other items ordered from Japan, you may send me a list of items you are requesting and I will see if it is available. Please note that I will not order or reserve your item until you have sent full pre-payment as I cannot cancel a hold on an item. This will be a non-refundable deposit, even if you change your mind later. Items may no longer be in stock after the order is place, in which case your funds for that item will be returned.
*Please do not take too long to make your decision once I've informed you of an item's availability or it may no longer be in stock. Many of the items will be secondhand or have only one copy currently for sale.
Excess charges may be incurred as charged by the company I'm purchasing from a possible handling charge of ￥500 as well as the shipping charge. I will do my best to make sure there is no handling charge, but this will depend on the size of the total order. I will offer you three ranges of shipping price. I prefer to ship in via DHL for shop-purchases. If you happen to order at the same time as another person or myself, your excess charges will drop, but in this case I will then choose the shipping option that is both fastest and cheapest.
Basic shipping from me to you will be First Class for up to 2 books less than 30 pages each or 3 small dolls up to 13 ounces in weight. Anything over that will be quoted at Priority Flat Rate, or Media Mail. Tracking is available through certification/registration. Delivery confirmation/tracking is free for all US/APO/IPO parcels. Basic tracking is free for all other parcels. Insurance is available for all US-domestic and EMS-international parcels. Comprehensive tracking is free for all EMS and some types of International Priority parcels.

I do not mind waiting so long as I can track it and I can see that the payment has been posted within 2 days of agreed time. If there is a delay past 5 business days (domestic) and 10 business days (international) your transaction will be canceled unless extenuating circumstances have arisen and can be proven such as a postal strike or weather delay.
Money orders and cashier's cheques are subject to a 2 week hold. Any fees incurred as a result of a bounced check or money order are to be covered by you and the return of the full amount is required. If you choose to decline either part, your item will be forfeit and negative feedback will be left.
Paypal payments can be sent as personal payments, fees covered by you, or as a regular payment with fees included in total. International cross-border fees may vary depending on location. Fees may be here. Basic rate is equivalent to about 5% of total. Cross-border fees for international payments will be higher. Refunds not available unless item is no longer in stock. Paypal's non-refundable base fee is non-refundable.
Bank/Wire transfers may take up to 24 hours for domestic and 5 days for international. Payment must clear before any purchases will be made.

Standard domestic shipping is usually going to be between $1.50-$4.50 for First Class. Items less than 13 ounces.
Standard addition is $0.50-$1 per additional small item.
Clothing items may be $5+ more per item depending on weight.
Items over 14 ounces will automatically be considered for Priority Flat Rate, Media Mail, or Parcel Post.
International shipping may be $0.25+ more from First Class.
Packaging charges will apply, usually not more than $1 for small parcels.
Insurance is optional on all domestic shipping, certified only for First Class parcels under 1/4" in thickness.
Domestic US tracking is free for all Priority and EMS parcels. $0.20 for all other types.
Insurance is only available for the EMS option or some Priority Mail options for international shipping.
Registered is possible for both. All extras must be requested.
I've never run into a problem with missing or damaged packaging, but there is always a first time.
I do my best to package items with padding and hard sides if necessary.
