So as many of you know I'm still having problems with the movers (Best Movers of America, yeah right) even though they came a week, two weeks, or so ago. The movers forgot to bring two things of mine, and instead brought two things that were wrong (which I sent back). Amanda, this is so making me glad I moved myself two years ago. It sounds like the whole company needs to learn what the true meaning of customer service is. Sorry, about all the problems, and I hope you get your things back, not so much for your things, but because it is right.

NOOooooo not *Curse of the Were-Rabbit!* I would be sincerely bummed if I were you. And on top of it, there is only one right thing for them to say: "we're really sorry about your stuff." They definitely need to rethink this, especially yelling at you for stuff you couldn't possibly know (like what their "busy season" is. I don't think that makes sense unless the customer is complaining about a *Christmas Elf.*) Anyway, hope they find your stuff soon and that it's all in good shape!
