Hey there! Several things before I die for need of sleep....
1. Rebel Empire website looks spectacular - what an awesome job you've done!!! *is impressed* I really love the different windows and the tech screen over it (if that makes sense?)
2. Awesome to meet you properly last night - I really enjoyed the conversation!
3. Congrats on making it all the way to the end - I know you're still in countdown mode, but I'm still passing on my delight and congratulations :)
if that makes sense? ; ) it does. Some of the people I studied with had far less conherent ways of describing it...
and I'm glad you like it.
It was lovely to meet you properly as well, rather than just "Hi. I'm here to collect you finance's lightsabers. What?! Yes it is a massive sign saying 'World's Biggest Nerd' around my neck. Why do you ask?" : ) Likewise, I enjoyed chatting, but it's been so long since I've spent time out of the house in a social setting I hope I didn't just drivle incoherent rubbish at you.
And finally, thanks. I'll feel better once the exhibition is done, but I know that I've done enough to pass everything, so can I start to appreciate the congratulations a little, I guess. : D
From a usability and such perspective I love that it's clean and intuitive. I really like that the pretty doesn't mean it takes forever to load, and also doesn't detract from the simplicity of it. It has all the useful information and comes together as a whole both in terms of looks and practical use really quite awesomely.
I spent too much time reviewing websites a while back.
I have had an anvil moment re work and study this morning in that not only do i have 2 essays due this week, but i also have 2 exams coming up the two weeks after, and i need to discuss with my boss about exams - my plan is to give him 2 options 1. friday through to Nov 25th off so that i can study and do the exams as set or 2. sign a letter in support of me deferring assessment
You didn't drivel anything - i really enjoyed it :) I am probably drivelling now however so I will stop.
i hope that your boss is prepared to help out. I've had the last 3 weeks off to finished everything major this semester and it made such a huge difference. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
It's just a pity I have to go back this week. I really, REALLY hate that place.
Chin up and less wibble. I'm sure everything will work out fine. : D

I intend to ask for feedback later, but I want all my confidence intact when I put my work out there for industry to see.
