I took my brand new shiny red bike out for a ride today! Well okay I lasted all of maybe 15 minutes in the outdoor carpark before it started drizzling. And i was kind of tired so i went in. K says i am 'the most unfit person she knows'. I concur.

Totally not. You could put a portable stereo in it and blast Eye of the Tiger while cycling uphill. If that is not the epitome of cool I don't know what is.
