For all her bravado Vicki’s way over her head with this freaky shit. She was fighting blind, metaphorically speaking… She depended on a Goth and can you believe this, a damn vampire.
I have to help her; her eyesight’s getting worse and she refuses to acknowledge she needs help. And of course Fitz-Roy backs her up, dragging her into one crazy case after another.
She’s an innocent in all this, and it’s going to get her killed… but hopefully this Mendoza character can get rid of Fitzroy like he promised and then Vicki will be safe, she’ll thank me… eventually.
