Seriously, the strategy would be very different depending on where along B/Q they want to be. I'd say to go for someone big, like Corcoran, in Fort Greene and Park Slope, someone local in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Ditmas Park (for Ditmas Park, use Mary Kay Gallagher for a house and Brooklyn Hearth for an apartment) and a combination of someone super local + lots of legwork themselves further down the line. Tell them to subscribe to Property Shark and StreetEasy.
