Почему в последней строчке глагол do не стоит в форме третьего лица единственного числа? Это, значит, возможно?

It's a stylistic choice. Using "don't" here conveys a cool, rebellious attitude.
He don't play for respect -- he is cool, jaded, he doesn't care what people think about him
She's got a ticket to ride but she don't care -- ride is slang for sex; she's sexually promiscuous and she doesn't care (about what people think, etc)
