I'm going to try to be one of those crazy healthy people who runs marathons and triatholons for fun, like in a year. In the mean time I'm cutting out all liquids besides water (including alcohol, soda, gatorade...maybe crystal light.) Eating small portions 6 times a day, and absolutely no, under any circumstance, fast food or junk food from 7-11. ( Read more... )
