The dude in the black and white suit is Northstar, from Alpha Flight, who was not only the first openly gay Marvel superhero, but was also, after reaction to that storyline, briefly retconned into being a fairy, a really bad decision that has since been retconned away.

This may explain why Thor has an adverse reaction to being patted on the rear by Northstar. (I'd think anyone would have an adverse reaction to a teammate humping their leg.)
