That was beautiful! It was masterfully done, sweet and sexy all at the same time! I love the conversation that they had about Tonks wanting to have a baby with him, talking to him reassuring him all that wonderful stuff.

The last line in this is very powerful. Very well done overall, I'm happy that the ficathon is back!

(Although whether I'll have the time to read all the great fics is still in question)

This is...the only word I can think of is exquisite. The imagery by itself would make for a fantastic read -- I especially love what you've done with the shadows of the rain on the window, but there's so much here about texture and touch, and even smell and sound, all making a hugely vivid impression.

But then, above and beyond the compelling sensory descriptions are the immediate and tangible emotions. The story has a lot of emotional scope, progressing from Remus's need for Tonks after being away for so long, to her mysterious reticence, to the understanding they finally reach. I really like the way that was handled, too -- would you love him or her any less if it was the case? Would I?

And yet, if Remus gives in to Tonks in this moment of passion more easily than he might have done otherwise, that could lead quite naturally into the panic he shows in canon when there really is a baby on the way.

This is a lovely and tender approach on how Teddy was conceived (sry couldn't think of a better way). You created such a beautiful and soft atmosphere like in a painting or more reminiscent of "Coniston Water". I like the fact that they deliberately chose to have a baby instead of considering an accident, it seems understandable for Tonks to want something that stays with her, when Remus is away. Great use of imagery and metaphors!

I'm not entirely sure I've ever read anything as sensual as this. It's so descriptive, so intense, that it just breaks you. I also love the realness of their conversation, of their actions, which makes this story more real and tangible.

It's been a really long time since I've read anything this great. You just keep getting better every time.
