I like it. It makes sense. I'm just curious, though. What was the secret that Tonks didn't want Snape to reveal to Remus?

Oy, I guess I wasn't too clear.

Tonks didn't want to reveal to Snape that she's upset because of Remus.

But Snape got it out of her mind.

So... since Remus is an extremely private person, if Snape were to start talking to him about Tonks, that would be... disastrous. I hope this bit made it clearer.

I loved it! I can so see this happening between Snape and Tonks. It would explain his comment about her Patronus changing in the beginning of HBP. I think you've done a great job keeping them in character.

Thank you very much! I am happy that I've kept them in character that matters! And lol yes, it would, wouldn't it? As well as Tonks being unhappy that it's Snape comes out to take Harry to the School. Heh, I hadn't even registered that implication.
