Thank you! One of my favorite things about these ficathons is that, given the time crunch, I play around more with trying to create emotions and scenes in shorter stories than I do at any other time. I'm so happy you liked the sweet and romance in this little window.

I've heard of guys saying they'd walk barefoot over hot coals for something, but this is the first I've heard of one walking barefoot over wet sand. He may beg for hot coals for his frost-bitten feet after their walk, though. ;)
This is great, I love how he's looking out for her and yet gives into her stubbornness by finding a compromise. Lovely. :)
