I don't really know a lot about drabble concrit, but I do know I really like this. It's got a very amber feel to it, if that makes sense. Autumn, quiet, warmth, that all flows thematically for me. It's simply a pretty piece.
There's a strong haiku feel to this: the invocation of the season, the pattern of syllables, the contrast of peace and war. I think it's great! It's not concrit so much as a suggestion - I think this would be stunning using a formal poetic structure (some form of multi-stanza haiku does suggest itself, but this would be beautiful in other forms as well). If you find the time to rewrite it that way (yeah, I know... time. sigh) I'd love to see it.
