They subdivision manager trapped and dumped my cat!

 I feel so awful.  Last  Wed. or Thurs., an employee of the trailer park where we live trapped Jasmine using a baited trap and dumped her in Henryville.  The manager told my mom (I was too upset to go in).  I called the police, and they said since there is a leash ordinance for the city (I didn't know), it's okay this happened, but not okay about

this is so, so horrible. I hope you find her right away (or she finds her way back to you, safe and sound!) That is unbelievable. I agree with you, there are so many more appropriate steps that could have/ should have been taken. This is inexcusable.
