I'm sorry you're still feeling upset about the hypothyroidism. I can understand that if you didn't really know much about it before, but actually something like 80% of women end up with it eventually- and it has nothing to do with being "sick" at all. I'm sure there are plenty of things that can scare you on webmd, but the truth of the matter is that you have been as sick as you're going to be. Taking the meds only makes you BETTER, so you're not some sick woman who Ben has been tricked into marrying. And chances are if he married someone else, she eventually would have thyroid disease at some point in her life too.
I don't want to minimize your feelings about it, but I also don't want you to get overly stressed out about something that is so treatable and common.
I don't know how much this helped but it was my intention to help the perspective!

So far meds have been easy to remember. I put them out where I see them or else I would forget. Forgetting your mask? Sounds serious? What's it for? Sleep apnea?
