Plot Bunny of the Day: Pete/Unexpected Dude

I really want a story where Pete meets an unexpected dude somewhere (like Starbucks or the park or Whole Foods) who is really good with Bronx, to the point that Bronx invites him to sit/play/come home with them. Eventually, Pete and unexpected dude fall in love and have sex on days when Bronx is with Ashlee

I had that thought! And then I couldn't think of anyone famous enough for it be funny except for George R.R. Martin (who doesn't seem like Pete's type AT ALL), which is how I got to Peter Dinklage.

Joe and Pete would be hilarious.

I don't watch Top Chef, but a chef would be an excellent choice. They can banter all the time about appropriate food for children.

somehow I've now completely fallen for the idea of Pete with Peter D. it just won't leave my head!

Gabe takes to calling Peter "Pete D," which sticks enough that Bronx picks up on it. It makes things very confusing for the classroom aide who's supposed to help label the pictures they draw of their families when Bronx is in kindergarten

I like the idea of Pete/Nick Jonas.
'Cause I think they'd be used to each other, Pete loves hanging with angry music geniuses and Nick's totally inured to overly handsy dudes.
He probably wouldn't even realize Pete was hitting on him. After all Joe was always sitting in his lap, trying to braid his hair, kissing his cheeks - he just thinks Pete's being brotherly.

Ahaha! That is totally how Pete/Nick would happen. And then there would be a lot of questionable and clashing fashion choices.
