This was so sweet. Just the right touch of marauder humor. Just the right touch of impending war. Mostly just them being so very in love with that little bit of disaster that comes from being young and unable to find any privacy.

And this:
“He’s talked to him now. We’re all read in,” Lily says, nodding in approval. “Sirius too,” she says with a smile that Remus decides he doesn’t have to describe as ‘knowing’ if he doesn’t want to. It’s his own internal dialogue after all.
I love Remus telling himself that no one knows so that he can keep Sirius all for himself for a little while longer.
