Do you have favorite moments, scenes, or characters? Costumes, filming locations? Lines of dialogue? In the books, in the films, or in fanfic or fanart?
When me and my friends first discovered fandom/slash/wolfstar all in one fell swoop, we were very attached to Snape's line 'bickering like an old married couple'.
I like setting R/S fics in number twelve; I'm fond of the gothic feel of the place and find Sirius's complicated relationship with the house interesting to explore.
I also love to bring Snape into the mix (not necessarily in a romantic or sexual way) but I enjoy his snark and I like to think of him and Remus having not quite a friendship, but a quiet understanding of sorts.

Grimmauld Place (whether in Sirius' childhood or after his escape is one of my favorite settings. You hit the proverbial nail on the head, when you mentioned his complicated relationship with it. It's just such an interesting place.
Totally with you on both Grimmauld Place (possibly my favorite anything in the series) and Snape. I feel like he doesn't get as much play in R/S as he might. M.
I don't know if this counts, but I loved Sirius and Remus in A Very Potter Sequel (for those of you who don't know it's a Harry Potter parody musical (sequel/prequel to A Very Potter Musical))
But in that their relationship was more built on, and they acted close, like proper friends who'd known each other for years. They're how I think they would have been behind the scenes in the books (plus R/S was canon in AVPS because they kiss at the end xD)
I adore Grimmauld Place. Not that Hogwarts isn't a semi-sentient character of its own, or the Burrow (do we get to the Burrow before we get to Grimmauld Place), but there's something about the semi-sentience of Grimmauld Place being malevolent that really fascinates me. And, as Llaeyro says above, that malevolence maps onto Sirius' relationship with his childhood so clearly, it's doubly effective. (Hogwarts and Diagon Alley and the Burrow aren't quite so personalized in their actions.)
I find JKR so deft with her small character touches sometimes--Dumbledore deflecting the question about the Mirror of Erised with a comment about warm socks, Minerva trusting a tin at Harry and ordering him to have a biscuit. The details are fabulous.
And I don't know about the rest of you, but I find the Dursley scenes much more memorable that I'd imagine them to have been ten or fifteen years ago, when I was first reading the books. The comic/horrific disdain for Harry and spoiling of Dudley were powerful moments. M.
Small touches - couldn't agree more! There's a lot of low key humour in the books that stops things from getting too serious or too sentimental, I've always really enjoyed those details, too.

Really?!? Why haven't I heard of this before? :) M.
ETA: Okay, I actually just looked that up, and, all joking aside, I really don't know why I haven't heard of that before. Fandom never ends!
