Just. Wow. Your prose is beautiful and if I quoted my favorite likes it would be 19k long so I won't. But you captured Sirius and his thought process wonderfully, and your Remus is an absolute treat, and MARLENE WAS SO FAB and the whole thing about Frank amused me to no end.
And it's so sad that we know they can't continue like this, but here, just for this moment... *clutches heart*

(It makes me so sad too, poor things! :( But then I always start thinking, well, what if. What if things were nicer? WHAT IF. Basically, I just want to drop these two into a nice house with some blankets and some cocoa or something, because, oh, do they ever need it.)

I feel like Sirius is probably the sort of person to keep a lid on things until they start to boil over, and then it's like popping a champagne cork--every bit of internal monologue is coming out, explosively. I'm so glad to hear that this resonated with you--your comment left a huge smile on my face, so thank you, again! ♥

Your writing is gorgeous. Pure poetry. This story was so detailed and full of love. Getting to see Sirius come to terms with his sexuality and with his love for Remus felt like intruding into his very soul. He was so three dimentional.
Loved the dialogue and Sirius' thought process and the humor of the piece. And how you present the Wizarding world and the attitudes toward varied sexuality was also very creative.
I'm going to pretend that this is an AU universe and that Sirius and Remus are growing old together in the way that Sirius imagined.

Fabulous fic more generally, too! The effusive quality of the prose took me right inside Sirius' world. M.
