:D What a great line. Also, as a Muggle who works from home, I, er, identify with this theme probably more than I should. >_<
Eheheh. Yeah, when i was studying fulltime my workspace alternated between being absolutely spotless (because I would clean, to put off study) to being an absolute sty (because I didn't want to lose my train of thought and mould extermination was for Other People [okay, I was never that bad BUT STILL]).
Heehee, loved this! Remus as the messy one is awesome, and the reasoning behind his slovenly ways (and Sirius' much tidier ones) makes so much sense. Being a bit like Remus (though for me it's more clutter and dustbunnies and not, ew, moldy things), as well as fussy (when it comes to other people, lol) I can relate to both. And Remus' punishment is wicked, though I don't think Sirius will complain too much about it;)

They think ‘soap and scrubbing’, not ‘swish and flick’.

Lovely piece, with a surprisingly sexy ending. So good to see your take on these two again!

And unlike Remus, you at least have the excuse that cleanliness isn't a wand-flick away ;)
Thanks for such an unusual prompt -- it was lots of fun to play with!

LOL, I love Sirius' internal dialogue when he's supposed to be listening. :)
for a cup of tea and a chastisement -- love this line.
He marked the book with a sandwich. I love your brain.
And yes, Sirius must be punished.
Love it!!
