WOW, just oh wow! I read at least half of this with my hand to my face and my breath held. I love both the concept and the execution of your story. It was hard to single just one part out but I think this will haunt me:

One of the best things about these games is all the great AUs coming out of it. This is amazing- I LOVE it! :) So tight and tense and dark and wonderful- great job.

oh, i suck, and didn't tell you how awesome i thought this was. and now, having gone through the reveals i feel stupid. anyhow, this was extremely clever, and i love the back story and how seamlessly you introduced it, and the end is sad and hopeful and all the rest. looking forward to guessing yours next round:)

Interesting AU. It took me a while to figure it out, but the premise was awesome and I loved the ending, of the lumos that lit up the night.
