awwww, this was really darling. but it was far more than that, actually. it was a really lovely way to tell a story through the lens of lgtbqia rights and a single event repeated over and over. i love how we say sirius grow not only in confidence in his own sexuality, but as a person as well.

and seeing luna, ginny, harry and all the others at the end was just perfect.

I've been wanting a story like this for years! I always wondered what it would be like for Sirius and Remus to discover and interact with the 1970's Gay Rights Movement. I loved the picture prompt and you did a great job with it.

Oh, this was sweet. I love see Remus through the eyes of 13 year old Sirius, just figuring himself out. And then watching them steal a happy moment in the midst of the war. And of course, a happy ending, still marching, still acknowledging that it matters to them, not just that they are together, but that they take the time to be proactive about it, still attending the march. This was sweet and lovely and fluffy in all the right ways. Wonderful job.

OOHH!nice use of the prompt,I could just picture Sirius with his clothing that you described in that black and white atmosphere!!I really like how you show the difference in times every time Sirius is present in the march or just looking from the outside. His worries about his family while still wanting to be his true self, then finally slowly getting there with Remus and having the next generation, really good progress of things and way of writing this. I just adore the way Sirius was so in wonder with the openness at first then thinking about how he would like to be in love with Remus even when they are old. Really nice work here!

I really liked Sirius' progression throughout the eras, and the different things the rally means to him at different points. His appreciation of Remus as someone who can be mischievous amongst his closest friends but keep it hidden from the rest of the world was lovely.
