This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the illustrations and the lyrics and song left a lump in my throat. It's always fantastic to see something different and so creative. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Great job!

good heavens (a phrase my grandmama used to say, but is totally appropriate here), but that was beautiful. it was really, really beautiful. i want to download that and listen to it over and over, not just for the pretty, sweet lyrics, but for the beautiful quality of your voice. it's so clear and has this storyteller quality that you don't hear enough anymore.

and the illustrations? gorgeous, too. your take on how they look is so unique. i love it!

Gosh, there's something about posting my songs that means so much more to me than my art. It's harder to be good at songwriting, and it means a lot to me from the bottom of my heart. :)))

This is beautiful, and so emotional. The performance, lyrics, drawings, everything! 'I control your stormy seas so you won't have to' is a gorgeous line, and the two illustrations are such perfect counterpoints to each other.

That's my favorite line, I'm so happy you picked it out, it means a lot, really! I think it sums them up really well - I'm very much a Sirius, and I need a constant presence in my life, someone to calm me, and I'm just super proud of the metaphor, cuz it's fact and it works so well for them (I think I spent enough time and energy on this song to allow me to like it too, haha)
