oh, that was really adorable. i love happy stories in which they are adults, and the idea of them spending time reliving their (rather naughty) school days was really perfect. of course, they would love to spend more time at school as adults. this bit really summed it all up for me: sirius sighed, sounding wistful. “we were good, weren’t we?”

remus thought of all those nights spent exploring the castle in the dark, every cold dingy corner and grand sweeping arch of it, the dungeons and the towers and everything in between. “no,” he said, “we were the best.”

sirius clucked his tongue, his eyes still on the map. “we certainly thought so.” that is exactly it, is it not? they did think they were the best and, you know, i think that they were

I loved the language of your story, all the vivid imagery - from owl treats to how everything looked for the astronomy tower. It was just beautifully written.

And it was a nice 'what if' on top. So lovely to see them happy and Remus so carefree (and a Professor). And Sirius baffled by all the gifts. And reference to Lily too,  implying wider happiness for all.

And so many sweet kisses! I just have a wide smile in my face after reading this story.

Oh, oh, this was literally the most charming thing! It was lovely and warm and so familiar in a way that makes you want to just clutch it tightly against your chest and never let go

Oh, this was just so sweet! The perfect mix of nostalgia and new mischief. And all the happy. I'm so glad to see a fic where everyone is alive and well. McGonagall's gift was perfect, too. Just a nice, adorable, fluffy story. Truly loved this.

This is a lovely bit of R/S fluff! From Sirius put upon attitude to his birthday, the jibing about Mcgonagall and her excellent birthday present all the way through the use of the maurauder's map, it had all the best Remus/Sirius dynamics. I especially loved how simply the AU was crafted, you provided the perfect amount of exposition and it had a wonderful effect. Getting to imagine them happy ever after, living a normal life is such a treat! Well done!
