Yeah! Managed to squeeze this in before I have to dash to work. I liked the various "secrets" in the beginning, the one with McGonagall was particularly amusing. I liked it overall, even if non-existent Peter was non-existent. Nice job :)

oh man, this is beautiful--heartbreaking and so hopeful. I think it is probably one of the best Hogwarts-era fics I've ever read. Wonderfully written and the characterizations are beautiful, especially Remus' hesitancy and eventual bravery. Also, a little nod to your James and Lily who quite well done.

My favorite bit: See, an awful thing called hope has planted itself in Remus, has somehow learned to grow in the darkness there and each unfurling of its leaves is just painful. Oof! gorgeous prose and so achy.

Very cute. I have to say that I really enjoyed James' and Lily's presences in the background; I always really like SUPER STRAIGHT James being all support of Remus/Sirius, just loving them and supporting them because that's what he does. Really enjoyed the sprinkling of Lily rebellion, too.
