I fell in love with this with the description of the doors to the office and it just got better and better when the great cast of characters showed up. Wonderful fic.

My god, this was brilliant. I love the magical foundation you've set up, so different from what JKR has done in the books, and so very complete and complicated enough to make me want to know more. I can go on and on about the worlding: the way you've set up the Blacks as a family in particular and the wizarding world in general, the magical artifacts, and every characters' rather endearing quirks. You have a way of describing new and fantastical objects that make them appear so clearly in my mind, ack, I loved it! So in a nutshell: I loved how magical the story is. Very very nice work.

I'm glad gratuitous Regulus is here, because his relationship with Sirius is just so cute. Actually, all the Blacks are adorably eccentric.

And Remus sort of asking Sirius out in the end! <3

This is fantastic. I love your descriptions, so very...tactile, in a way, and fresh. Everything is so vivid and strong. Sirius' quirks and his office and clocks and everything is great, gratuitous Regulus is win (their relationship is precious, that's some real brother love there), the entire Black family is amazing. The detail is astounding and the way you've put everything together. Sirius' and Remus' wit and dry humour was perfect, very complimentary, and the ending made me smile so much. I really enjoyed this fic and I wish there were more. There is so much to explore here, so much potential for expansion and so many stories to know about.

I feel like this is just a beginning of a story as you have put down such a vivid and wonderful foundation for an entire magical world. I would definitely read more of this in a shot.

It is detailed and grabbed my attention as soon as I started reading.

Gorgeous story!
When I’d read the first part where you describe this amazing world you’ve created, Sirius’ office and his work, no matter what you did with the plot of the story I knew I’d still love this. All the brilliant little details just made it so... well, brilliant.
Thankfully the rest of the story was just as good as the beginning :D I loved Sirius’ relationship with his family, Regulus especially.
I loved everything actually! I wish it was longer, ‘cause I want more :D
