HA! Yes! I'm so glad someone else also thought of this! I was thinking the exact same thing when watching that ep - a fic where Sam basically has those three split-personalities.
It could be EPIC...but I'm just nowhere near enough a good writer to write it, so it would be awesome if one (or more?!) of the great fic writers could write it!

It is Dissociative Identity Disorder...studied it in 1st yr Psych at uni.
