Sarah called around vets for me today while I was at work, and all of them told her the same thing; that Bella could have an infection and she needed to go to a vet asap. So I'm freaking out all day trying to figure out where to take her and how to pay for it all while I'm stuck at work. Sarah finally finds this place, it's an emergency 24 hour

I went and picked her up this morning (after getting no sleep last night - gonna be dead tired for work today). She's fine. She's got a cone around her head, though, that she's gotta keep on for 10-14 days so she doesn't mess with her stitches. It was driving her crazy this morning when I first brought her home, but she eventually laid down and has been sleeping ever since. Alyssum threw Bella's SpongeBob blanket over her and put a pillow under her head. It's kinda adorable.

Poor baby!! As a doggy mommy myself, I can relate. I know she'll be right as rain soon.

She's at home now, recovering. She'll be fine, thankfully. I woulda been devastated if she wasn't.
