Unlike you, Mansfield Park is my favorite JA book, but I found this adaptation rather strange.

Interestingly done, but strange. I couldn't quite 'fit' Alessandro Nivola as Henry Crawford; perhaps he should have played Edmund? I don't know..

Good adaptation, but... strange.

I had no problems with Alessandro Nivola as Henry Crawford. Frankly, I thought his performance was one of the better ones featured in the movie.
