I always love reading posts like this, especially about one of my favorite series. It's interesting to me what different people like and explains why the show has a broad appeal. I personally would put "City of the Edge of Forever" and "Rapture" on my list, but while the rest of your selections are good episodes, they aren't in my top 10.

I would add:
Voy 2.12 "Resistance"
DS9 1.19 "Duet"
TNG 5.25 "Inner Light"
TNG 6.20 "The Chase"
DS9 4.05 "Indiscretion"
DS9 7.10 "It's Only a Paper Moon"
VOY 6.08 "One Small Step"
TNG 5.23 "I, Borg"

It's hard to narrow it down, isn't it?
