This ranking is very bold of you. Usually T2 is high on lists - and for the most part I think it's highest for me, too. Sarah's personality change isn't unbelievable, at least not for me, since she's preparing her son for a war.

I do like that T4 is your #1. It isn't mine but I agree that the breaking of the format was a nice change. I think it would've been interesting had they kept the time traveling aspect and maybe changed that up - but in a way "time traveling" was involved since Marcus "died" in 2003 and woke up in 2018 as a Terminator.

I'd really have to think about how I'd rank the movies because I'm a fan of all three and find each one that follows borrows and adds to the overall mythology - so I'd have to pay attention to other things like structure and cinematography.
