Thunderstorms put me in such an excellent mood.

I can feel my power strengthen in the static air...

If only I were not trapped in this damnable cabin because of the rain. I should be able to command the very storm itself! This is a shameful situation...

It seems to be flooding the roads as well. I can't fly in rain this heavy, of course.

It's not that heavy!

[This coming from the guy currently clinging to a tree so he's not blown away. Going out in the storm was totally a good idea three hours ago, really.]

The rain is nothing!

[It's the wind that worries him. At least he can float? The woods where he is are higher than the town, so he's managed to avoid flooding so far, but he's been making his way higher and higher up and he won't be able to fight the wind forever.

But he will while he insults that idiot Waltz. It needed to know it was below him, dammit.]
