rules;
+ you must be a member to enter
+ all icons must be made specifically for this community, each round you decide to participate in. no prior work can be submitted.
+ icons must be posted before voting goes up. once you sign up, you are given posting access by a mod and have 20 days to post your icons.
+ when posting your icons, you must provide 3 examples and a link to where the icons are.
+ ALL ICON POSTS MUST BE PUBLIC.
+ every icon must fit live journals standards (under 40kb, 100x100px and either .png, .gif or .jpg file format)
+ this is a stills community. NO animation!
+ this community will have some adult content, but please be aware that some members will be under the age of 16.
+ never claim any icon as your own. if you take any, credit the user. also do not edit or change any icon made by a member
