post kh2, mostly on interactions with other characters (like the org members? The ones from castle oblivion that he doesn't remember)

Well, for starters, don't play him like he DOES remember them. I've seen so many Soras who acknowledge members from the organization even though they wouldn't because of...the whole memory reboot thing. Note, these are KHII Soras not from CoM or something. If anything, Sora should be suspicious of them because of the black coats and creeper personalities, but he wouldn't remember anything from Castle Oblivion. Same with Naminé. He wouldn't remember anything she did in Castle Oblivion, but with Naminé, he'd be significantly nicer because Sora Likes Making Friends and Naminé is... friendship bait, I suppose.

Kairi and Riku should be obvious.

To expand on what above!anon said, he should, however, at least have an idea of who they are. If you decide that your Sora actually reads the Ansem Reports he picks up, they basically summarize the plot of CoM. And depending on exactly where he was taken from Post-KH2, I can see him talking to Riku about it and getting more details. So he wouldn't have the memories, but I doubt he'd encounter Marluxia and be all "HI I'M SORA WHAT'S YOUR NAME" either.
