As of late

I have been catching up on a lot of Green Lantern recently. 'Bout a week ago just got the urge to read more comics, and I got my hands on quite a few issues to keep me occupied. Picked up some more from Acme to add to my collection. I even got a couple T-shirts on the way, though I still need to get my own Sinestro Corp shirt ( Read more... )

Sounds like just what people around here need every once and a while. Remind there is a world outside Azeroth and that showers just make you a smelly sissy. As for bugs... I'm going to see what I can do about getting some jars and dissection tools from lab before I head for the summer.

Yes. This should be interesting.

The second point I'll concede to, medical injuries are sometimes severe. But really, get sweaty, smelly and enjoy life for a day or two? Where's the harm in holding on to the germs that'll just come right back before you know it.

And there's nothing better about camping than sitting around a campfire in the whee hours listening to the sounds and watching the stars come out.

Hey, you should all take a road trip and visit me in Montana. I heard that they have paintball near the ranch that I'll be staying at. It would be fun times and one hell of a crazy road trip for all of you! If not would people be up for camping the 13-14th or maybe in early August when i get back?

Early August will probably be pretty hot, as it normally is around here. Though I doubt it'll be near as hot as it will be in Montana.

My hope is to do it soon because then we can get people before they disperse, and before the weather gets too hot. Hopefully it'll be a little less rainy though.

Also, of note - I got Carlin and Bobby from Eureka interested in going. Bobby is used to going camping and Carlin is trying to think of places to go for either sites or road trips.

As for the camping, I was kind of wanting to do that in early June/late May. Kinda psyched about now, but maybe we could do it twice, as i don't think camping is that expensive. But I would definitely like to go in the soonish time, as people are kinda psyched now.

As for a road trip, I am up for anywhere and the further west we go the more family I have. My dad's family is huge and are scattered all over the west, so we would have places to stay. Montana would be a cool place to go, even if it is terribly barren and there is nothing there.

Just where I am at with these things.

I would be down for a second trip if people enjoy the first, or not everyone can go. Or going later if we can't get people for this one.

Camping should be very inexpensive, I need to look into how much of our camping stuff we have left.

I wouldn't mind a road trip out west, could be a lot of fun. Just a matter of everyone who wants to getting time off. I will admit though, when it comes to road trips, ain't no place I'd rather hit (if we're going for BRIGHT and SHINY) than Texas and the beach around Galveston and Corpus Cristi. Course, we could always end up in ol' New Orleans. Or maybe even go more eastward if people would rather do that.

Road trips are something we've always talked about, but rarely ever enacted. If we can set one up it'll have to be with a lot of planning (time, place, where to sleep, what to see, etc.)

Camping is NOT very expensive.
Infact you don't need much. Just a sleeping Bag and food if your hard-core enough.
(believe me... I would do it!)

I'm going to Delawere to see some of my intarnet freinds. I'm also going to Michigan, and Pennsylvania, to see other Intarnet freinds.

Only the Delaware stuff hsas been confirmed.

ANywho! CAMPING!
