There were 12 or 13 of them in total, so I guess that does make him quite the tough guy. :P

I think if I could have caught his expression he would also look confused. Since seeing deer for the first time he's often taken on a confused or bewildered look. I speculate that it's because the deer remind him of large, bouncing, tan Dobermans, having nothing better to compare them to. He probably wants to know why they aren't playing with him.

It's just a theory, though. XD

I'm sure he misses playing with Beo and Tink, but what he doesn't miss is the competition for good spots. ;]
