His personal belongings had long since been packed away in a small knapsack that he had used since before his departure from the Mist. Haku's had been packed away as well, but the boy was nowhere to be found. Perhaps it was payback for being so scarce lately, but that was the source of Zabuza's increasingly foul mood. "Haku," he growled aggressively, "If you're not back in another moment, I'll leave without you."
It was a bold-faced lie, of course, since Zabuza couldn't depart for this new world without his young charge. Still, it made him feel better at least.

He wasted no time in standing up, out of the wooden chair from which he'd been sprawled out in. Leaning up against the near wall was a massive slab of metal that some called a sword. Nearly as tall as the who wielded it, Zabuza attached the zanbatou to his back with ease, scooping up the small satchel of belongings in the same motion. The tall man briskly walked to the doorway and turned to face Haku expectantly.

Breathing heavily, Haku, melted it down and looked up to find Garnet and someone he hadn't seen the last time he had been there sitting nearby.
"Hello again," he told the queen smiling a bit. "It's nice to see you again."
