I haven't started the antidepressant yet, but I'm doing well. Maybe the worst of this depression passed right when I hit my breaking point and saw the doctor. Or I could just be on an extended upswing. Or it could be that the little experiment I've been doing is working. You probably won't approve, but I'm going to share it anyway.

Thanks. My husband was skeptical at first but he's noticed how much better I am and he's totally on board with my plan now. I think he was about to lose his mind over me losing my mind ;)
