I was asleep, otherwise I would have offered to entertain you with bizarre LJ comments that probably would only make sense to me.

The daystar is evil. I take every opportunity to avoid it. I'm usually up until midnight every night. And then sleep through much of the weekend. Heh.

And I've never seen that moosehead elsehwere before. I don't use Macs. They're icky.

And if you're out in the country, then people do get up damn early out there.

Yes! Macs are icky! With their washed out cartoony interface and their chimes and Steve Jobs (Lord Icky of the Icky people)!

Actually, I don't have a big thing against them, but I do Windows and PC support for a living, so I'm required to act like a soccer fan towards Mac users. ;)

And I don't even remember where I got it. I like it though.

I got woken up this morning by the Terminex man. My landlord paid for the annual inspection, but of course no one called to warn me. Oh well, he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I have ants, not termites, yippee

I don't know... termites are easier to get rid of.

I have no idea what your icon is. Also, I hate Macs.

Well yeah, you'd have to be a long-time Mac user to recognize the talking moose, but...

What's with all the Mac hate around here?!

Am I the only person who used a Mac more than 10 years ago?
I used a Mac more than 10 years ago (8-15 years ago, or thereabouts), and I don't recognize the non-sequitur-dropping Bullwinkle, either.

Do people actual get up at this hour?
Not by choice. I get up at 5:00 on weekends. It's not fun.

And as soon as I fall asleep it'll seem too fast before sunlight is blasting me.
That's a real pet peeve of mine: waking up well before my alarm on days I work swing shift or have off because of all the sunlight and noise and the fact that it's too damn hot.

Can someone just blot out the sun for me? I don't like it.
Heh. You're giving me X-Wing flashbacks.

It's the moose from the little app called Uli's Moose. The moose would pop up on your desktop at random intervals saying random phrases, such as "You're getting sleeeeeepy" or "How about a pizza?". Anyway, I had it on my Mac in the late 90s and it was fun.

I shouldn't complain about sleeping hours or people getting up early around you ;)

Uli's Moose, huh? I don't think my parents' Macs ever had that. It does sound kind of amusing, tho.

I'm actually doing much better ever since I traded away my graveyard shift. I can make it through the weekend without coffee now.

Yeah, but why would yo want to? Or are you the one that said before that you only drink it for the caffeine?
