I don't have coffee, but I have tea! MMmm, oolong. Hey quit giggling.

I don't get to start the weekend till about 8:30 tonight. I have a small task to do at 8:00. that's annoying because as soon as I'm done I'm OUT OT HERE for two weeks! And usually I'd totally get the heck out of here at like 3:00pm, but now I can't.

So yeah, no wild friday night for me! Or Saturday since I'm dogsitting. Wild Sunday N... ah, nevermind. (:

2 weeks? is that vacation time? count me as eternally jealous.

and you can screen this comment if you'd like, but what do you do for a living? i try not to ask people i meet what they do for a living because i don't think a career should define a person's personality (says the low-level Office Bitch. ha), but i am curious as to what task needs to be accomplished at 8:00 p.m on a Friday night. call me nosey, if you will.

It's time off that I lose if I don't use. So the real sad thing here is that I didn't bother using it for anything GOOD. I was hoping there'd be enough snow for me to go sledding and/or cross-country skiing, but there isn't. Gah.

I do network security for a Big Bank(tm) and sometimes you have to fiddle with servers when there's no customers using them. In theory anyway. There's a large aspect of my job that can be done by a monkey chained to a terminal, and this stuff is just that!

Now I want peppermint hot chocolate.

I will be sure to post pictures of my Christmas tree as soon as it's up and decorated!

Ooh, how exciting! I will make sure I watch or tape that episode. I've really grown to like the show, now I'm sad when it's not on. The icon is especially funny to me because last year, my gram tried to have us do yankee swap at Christmas, except all the gifts were lame and no one wanted to fight anyone for anything else.

Tree pictures will be up either tomorrow or Sunday, depends on how long it takes my mom and I to decorate it.

it's the christmas episode AND it's going to be ONE HOUR LONG!!!!!!! An HOUR of JIM!!! Ok, probably not a whole hour of him, but a whole hour in which he may show up at any second. sweet!

also, you should include going on ljtalk in your nightly plans (just my little suggestion...) no one ever uses it anymore, it was just a passing fad I guess!

i have been to st. catharines! in fact, i *gasp* went there (via efffen greyhound no less - ICK!) to meet some internet boy years and years and ions ago. i loved that place. i loved the candy shop at the mall and the delicious fries/gravy that i had there (i can't remember what you yummies call that).

have a fun weekend! i will think of you as i try out the new drink at the coffee shop: pumpkin chai. sounds delightful.

that is too crazy that you've been to st.catharines! i am trying to think of the candy shop at the mall...the bulk barn? and the fries/gravy could have been poutine? from New York Fries?

and pumpkin chai? my oh my! <----lame

okay... the candy shop must have been the bulk barn - it's on a corner (or it was YEARS ago) near the food court and it seemed like you could get bulk candies, so that would make sense! i have an affection for canadian candy, thus my love for the candy stores there.

and yes, poutine - from new york fries! yum. americans do not understand the glory of poutine.

The holiday looks good

I don't really have any girlfriends though and don't relish the idea of seeing a movie alone at christmas.

For your nightly activities you forgot to include post and comment on lj to keep snoop entertained.
