the last supper

Jul 19, 2006 13:43

tonight, TSM and i are going out for dinner for our last supper together. shiz, that sounds like i am effing dying or something! i am not as paranoid about the flight as i was, but when i was pretty sure that our flight was inevitably going to crash (there's my optimism for you), i told him that if i die, i'd want him to continue being a great ( Read more... )

When do you come back? I think I might mark it on my calendar because I am a stalker dork like that.

And you can buy magazines, read them on the plane on the way over and then leave them for the flight attendants leaving ample space for edible goods. This will not help for your travels back, but you will be so happy with all of the galaxy bars that are in your bag it won't matter.

from one stalker to another, i am arriving home the evening of july 31st. expect an lj entry on august 1st between the hours of 8:50 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

but for real? i will be updating this mofo as much as i can while in Prague (and if Vanessa, my traveling partner, will permit it, EVERY OTHER DAY). if i don't get my lj time, i am sure i will start convulsing.

and your magazine idea is genius! i knew there was a reason why i kept you around as a friend (haha, that's a joke. i keep you around as a friend for the stickers and swedish fish you send me.)

I'm actually full of knowledge and useful bits of information, but I'm very selective as to when I share. You should feel honoured.

i feel honoured for that, as well as your inclusion of "u" in "honoured".

that's ho(u)t.

Ooh you must be so excited!

Mmm spring rolls! I read online menus too. It's nice to look forward to a specific meal.

ever since you and D went there, i have been itching to go, especially when you said you had mint chocolate creme brulee. i am sure they won't have it, but if they are capable of producing THAT, what other delectables are they capable of producing, y'know?

They had really good sized portions there too. I thought it was going to be a fancy place, i.e. you get like 2 bites of food for $25. But I was wrong - it was fairly inexpensive and we couldn't even finish all the food. I love the ambience of that place though!

I was mentioning to S that we need to hit up Cafe Demetre sometime soon. They sell crepes and desserts and man are they good.

i'll miss you guys too. i will go through withdrawl, and the only thing to make me feel better will be the scottish accent (preferably spoken by hot scottish men) and 17th century architecture.

I am going to miss you!! I am heartened that you will be checking in on lj, so I am definitely looking forward of your descriptions of apple dumplings and hot Scottish men.

i will miss you too! i have half a mind to bake up those cranberry pumpkin scones and bring them with me, partly because scones are delicious and partly (mostly) because they'll remind me of you.

aww.. you should! then you guys can enjoy scones on your flight, scones are, of course, a million times better than crappy airplane food!

i am the only person on the planet (aside from my mom) who enjoys airplane food. but it's an overnight flight, plus it's an economy line, so i am not sure they will feed us. maybe i WILL bring scones!
