I've been trying to upload a new userpic kind of like all day. Which is because I want to post the first chapter of generation 5 of the Atwoods, so I need a Joey userpic! But I can't get it to work!

Anyone else having trouble with it?

If not I guess we can handle one chapter with the wrong userpic attached, right? ;P

Hi everyone! So! I have recently given instructions to multiple people on the steps to take in order to reinstall your game. Because EA Tech Support sucks for two reasons: one, anytime you tell them about a problem you're having, they tell you to reinstall, and two, after they tell you to reinstall they really don't tell you much else.
