Cris...aww. His idea was an interesting direction for the game and I sort of hope it's possible someday but yeah, it's winter. :/ I really enjoy his relationship with Cassandra and I'm excited to see where it goes. *thumbs*

Gob should maybe hang out with Bret and Billy and wizard about? It seems like they're probably going to be trying to figure that stuff out so (if you don't want to joint he current log) Bret will probably invite him along next time.

Fff. Slashtown. Yeah, I think Sam's awesome. You've got such a good handle on him and he definitely seems like a normal(ish) guy in every situation he's been in. It seems odd to praise lack of drama and conflict but I like that he's not an extreme person, most of the time. He's polite and good and he's taking his time in figuring out who he is and what he wants. I really enjoy his interactions with Guy and Ianto a lot, so I hope those keep up.

Bret's been through...a lot lately. My only worry is that maybe he's coming off as too weak-- not that he's ever been especially strong but that it might come off like he's just suddenly giving up on himself completely. Essentially, I wonder if he's too emo. At least he's not playing Linkin Park. Icon related.

I don't think Bret's being too emo. I also don't know his canon, but things are really hard for him right now. When/if things get better for him then he might bounce back.

Okay.

I've been having a truly astounding amount of trouble with Guy this month. A truly, truly astounding amount of trouble. I've decided to try and get him out of the funk he's in by making him start writing, though maybe not talking yet. So that might have felt like it came out of nowhere.

As for Reed, I kind of took on too much in terms of characters and modding. So she's on hiatus, unless someone makes a journal post specifically to her (I'm looking at you, Jemaine).

So ... that's all, I think.

The suddenly talking was kind of surprising, but did make sense in it's own way. He'd been writing small things with Sam for a while, right? And breakthroughs like that can be pretty sudden. So it didn't seem too out of the blue to me... but I also think too much.

Reed was a lot of fun while she around, but I understand the taking on too much bit.

I love Guy and I'm curious how his writing will play out. I'd like to see him getting in some prolific conversations in the journals just to see how he speaks some more. I think I was a little thrown in his first journal because I'm so used to him not talking and it turns out he's a little snarky and bitter. After being quiet for so long I guess I was expecting him to be more chill. Which, uh, given how long it's probably been since he's put things into words I suppose it's not surprising that he's failing at making small talk or whatever but it was interesting to have my expectations subverted. I hope you can figure him out again.

I was actually considering having Bret write Reed about Jemaine, if that's okay. "He's your friend, what's his deal?" kind of thing. He'll probably send a similar note to Ianto but since Jemaine and Reed were openly making fun of Bret he's kind of wondering how she factors in anyway.
