Quahl didn't like the idea of a sylph wandering around Jhelbor, and she liked it even less that the Elf warriors on the walls and in the streets had failed to notice it. It said something about their observational skills that Bret had seen it, when they hadn't.
So it was with a little frustration that she awaited Sonic's arrival, not sparing a glance at Mikney, patient and silent by her side.
