From late afternoon into early evening on Sunday, including for a brief time after sunset, there is a creature above the city.
At a distance, it looks like a bird. However, unlike a bird, it swoops and wheels with a great deal of purpose. Intermittently, it lands on a building and pauses, for a few minutes, before taking off into the sky again. Specifically, it flies above the city center, and above the previously collapsed building.
This creature will be visible for five or six minutes at a time, then disappear for a period of hours. It appears four to five times over the course of the evening. It is very easy to miss entirely.
